Introducing PointyCode.com, it’s like Scratch for the iPad
I know that it has been a long time since there were any coding examples. The reason is that I’ve been working on a way for people to write programs on their iPads. The reader might ask, “hasn’t that been done already?”
The answer to that is yes, it has. Visual Programming has been around for a very long time. If anyone remembers back to 2001 : A Space Odyssey, you might remember both visual programming and a very capable voice interface (plus a touch of Artificial Intelligence).
The goal of PointyCode.com is to create a complete visual programming ecosystem for the clouds; not just to train students, but to run their code on real life datasets and produce sharable results with others.
